I don't have a copy, but there's one on ebay at http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... =917680972 albeit vinyl only...

There is a CD of it for sale on the web, but it's going for extremely silly money - £65!

On Netsounds ( http://www.netsounds.com/ ) there's a guy selling a 'CD-R' of it for 6 quid, so that might be worth checking out...
