Have to say, I was very tempted to add an extra choice, I regularly check in, every two hours or so when I'm at work.

A couple of times a day usually whenever possible. Gotta keep up with the 808 gen.

I pop in about once a week/month depending on where I am working, access to net etc.

I was addicted for a while, stopping by 10 times a day, but then I started to feel bad as I could not think of anything else, people were not posting letters in a whole 24 hrs and I was like yeah come on...gimmee something to talk shite about on the forum eh!

I'm now a reformed addict who can thanks to the help of the tablets manage 2 or 3 times a day if lucky.
