Outpost European distribution

I'm getting signals that Outpost is being distributed by Zomba in Germany and PIAS in Spain, but Circus are keeping me in the dark. Anyone any more information?

Outpost Transmission IS available in Spain through PIAS, it has a slightly different sleeve from the UK one I have, and the track listing is:-
