NME gave it 3/10, but then again they gave Autechre's Untilted 2/10 and Oasis' Be Here Now more than What's The Story (Morning Glory)?, which among many, many others are awful cock-ups by the NME writers. If past experience is right that probably means that this album is pretty darn good (NME even attacked it for having 'far too many ambient tracks' and I don't see how you can criticise an album for that)!
