I wish, however a Thursday evening in Salford is a bit too much, unless I took the Friday off... :P

Yup, I made it.

I took my mate, JT, and we met Fritz and Graham there.

What a venue! The light fittings were the exact same ones we had in our house in the late 70s. All of the seating looked like it was salvaged as nothing matched (I did notice Fritz managed to bag himself a reclining chair). It's got a lot of character.

I really enjoyed the film. It was honest and, in some places, uncomfortable to watch. Tunes definitely wore his heart on his sleeve. Afterwards, the chat with him was just as honest and witty.

JT and I left just before the Rap Assasins film which was shown afterwards. We had to go and sit on the M60 for 40 minutes before taking a detour round Whitefield! Thursday was a great day for traffic jams on Manchester's motorways.

Its down to Howard Walmsley .He was trying to get it on at some documentary film festivals first.
Its more likely to end up as a download, or You Tube.which would be a shame in a way , thats a hell of a lot of Howard's time along the way.
if there is any news on it , You ll hear it here first.
