Hi,
Back in '91 when 808 were here in Tampa Florida with Meat Beat Manifesto and Ultramarine I brought a record for 'the boys' to autograph. They flipped out when they saw it and said they didn't even own a copy. I've looked in various discographies but am unable to find any info. I'll be putting it on Ebay and would be most thankful if someone could tell me about it and which members of the band were involved.
Thanks,
Alex

Hi.
This is quite a rare piece, and I myself only have a copy. It was released in April 88 and is a 500 only white label. I believe all members were involved (Daz and Andy then known as the Spinmasters) and even MC Tunes collaborated. Whilst IMHO the tracks are not much cop, it is a very rare and collectable 808 item.
I reckon you could get upto around £50 for the item. I myself may even bid, you never know!!!
Hope this helps!

Yup, Graham, Martin & Gerald, the Spinmasters (Andy & Darren), and MC Tunes.

Thanks everyone. Yep it's autographed by 808 only. It also says Tampa '91 but hey...it's a mint copy. What fun we had that night...sigh. Gave Ultramarine a ride they'll never forget to the gig. I've got some other records on Ebay now if anyones interested. I might wait a few days before I put this record on.
Thanks again,
Alex
Thanks again,

A guy in the US was once selling mint copies @ $50 back in 99. See 26:09:99 Hit-Squad M/cr at http://www.808state.com/news/history/news99.htm . Doubt he's still got any, but always worth a try.
