Think I might have found reference to the remix I was looking for, certainly it is around the correct date and the content follows the track order to the best of my memory:

I definately remember it being called the "In yer face remix" but it might of been called many things. It wasnt the most imaginative work - but I would still like to get hold of a copy of it.
