d'oh, just read johns message from above my post.

i've managed to book 2 tickets now, (someone else's card). yep carlos aint coming so thats why he wasn't responding to my messages, he's saving up for egypt, and i'll be sitting in row ZZ seat numbers 98 & 99.

i'm sure i'll spot the star trek convention crew bopping around through the crowd. watch out below, scruffy penis might spit down on you!

just sorting out the hotel room now.

so who's going? will there be a meet up (i mean drink up) at a bar before hand? if so what one?

Steve C (the number 1 reporter)
Agent Nick King (how many fags)
John Ancodia (always in a man utd shirt with STATE 808 on the back)
Pete (aka Bev Kev, without his pocket trumpet)
Neil Tartan Army (No Kilts, but plenty of Irn Bru)
BC (came before AD)

anyone else Bez? Dr Walsh? Karl? JD? Mark? Scruffy Penis?

I've booked a seating ticket so I'll be sat somewhere on my Jack Jones, watching from afar.

Unfortunately, the Travel Inn is booked up now so I'll have to find somewhere else to stay.

Hey Kev,

I might even wear that old school shirt I got from you at 'In The City'!

So who managed to book into the Travel Inn (MEN Arena) then?

Live long and prosper,

John

Not seen any info on this site but it seems that 808 State are playing on the same night in Liverpool at Voo-doo, and only for £12.

Yup, that would be a DJ set. As soon as it's confirmed it will appear on the live page.

Looks like the 808 DJ's (Andy & Daz) will be DJ'ing after the event in Liverpool?

I guess that 808 will do their live set (about 3 or 4 songs) round about 8'ish, and then Andy & Daz will travel over to Liverpool for the DJ set...

Listening to local radio adverts, 808 are mentioned second from last while Stephen Fretwell is last. I think Nick said Utah Saints would be opening the night. If correct I would presume Stephen Fretwell could be next on the billing followed by 808, if thats the main guest order. Then again who knows.

In any case its gonna be a long wait between 808 and New Order, can't see myself listening to any of the others on the line up, at least I know I wont need to queue for a pint when the Doves come on.

Thanks for the ticket BC, sorry about the delay.

I'm doing my best to find out if Liverpool is confirmed. I realise that if that's the case, you guys may be better off looking for a hotel in Liverpool... but as I mentioned, it's not been confirmed by the agency yet.
808 State, New Order, 808 State DJs and Carl Craig all on one day? No, I'm not jealous at all!

Well, a lot of us are staying at the Travel Inn (MEN Arena), but that *may* have already been fully booked?
