BLUE MONDAY PROMO ?
I just got a copy of the Blue monday & confusion remixes on a promo CD . Is this a legit item ? the CD case has a round disc sized sticker listing the artist & titles of each track , then reads radio 1 Hanover,Germany with a cat # reading PRO-138526A . The disc itself reads PROMO ONLY Radio 1 ,Hannover , Germany PRO-4152102 . I raised an eyebrow when the disc was coming from Russia but nonetheless ...the sound quality sounds ok I guess & i don't have the vinyl to reference it to & after careful listening , I couldn't tell if it were some shoddy boot mastered from vinyl as there were no obvious pops or other hints that this was copied from a vinyl version . I know the promo #'s don't match , but then again I don't know how german promo cd's work , does anyone know the story about this disc ?
