Originally promoed early '92 in its 'Vox' and 'Beats' versions when it received rave reviews in all the Dance press - but was never released due to their album 'Gorgeous' not being ready. NOW that the album is available we thought - along with the numerous DJ's who called the office to demand 10x 10 get a release - we would promo to you these SPANKING new mixes, the relentless 1in10'ish 'TRANS-DISCO EXPRESS MIX' and the more commercial "GORGEOUS MIX" - for your club pleasure.

As you can see 808 have backed '10x10' with a brand new track 'LA LUZ' ("CHUNKY FUNKY MIX" & "ACID MIX") which is not available on 'Gorgeous' but has already created stirrings in several of the nations cooler record stores. Did someone say something about blue vinyl? - and who is MacMillan & Wife anyway?!

Remarks:

Both mixes released in 1991 as promo-only and, despite, the names, remain unreleased apart from this promo. When reissued, there were two mixes, also called "Vox" and "Beats" that appeared - these are different from those on this promo.

Possible pressing issue - after about 3 minutes, the needle jumps - all pressings could be affected? (Not confirmed).

Were there really only 150 copies of this, as there are quite a few out there? (I have 4!) :-)
