93 feet east
yep. it's not a bad venue, and is split into two areas.graham wrote:we are currently looking at 18th october, this is not a total confirmation as yet,Has any one seen a gig there?
as you go in there's a hall and a small stage to the left of the entrance.
next door (on the right) is a fairly large bar area (not much smaller than the hall actually) that often has it's own dj playing.
the only drawback is that there may be a large number of hoxton-types (i.e. trendy twats), due to it's location.
cheers,

Graham:
On page 66 of October's MUZIK mag, under a feature about Chill Out/Electronica clubs, there's a mention of 93 Feet East:
"In east London, 93 Feet East maintain their position as one of the best venues in the capital with exciting electronica nights. 'Eat Your Own Ears' runs bi-monthly (the next is October 4th) and has previously welcomed everyone from Ahex Twin to Hairy Butter."
Sounds like a decent recommendation.

Depends on whether I can cancel something else that's due to happen that night (a mate's birthday outing, so it could prove difficult!).
With regards to tickets, it doesn't seem to be on wayahead yet, so I'd ring the venue up (from www.93feeteast.com).
l8rs,
Nick
