I'm also guessing that this so-called Bittersweet remix of TORTB is actually derives from the ZTT decade of dance compliation where track 6 is Duel (Bittersweet) by Propaganda. TORTB is the following track. The cat number 4509-96055-1 is also the same!!!

Guess what the next track is? X-Press 2's vocal mix of Shades Of Rhythm' The Sound of Eden. This is also followed by Pacific. With again, the same catalogue number as the one on the rolldabeats site.

Guess that clears that up, shame no unreleased mixes floating about then!

That is a shame - never mind. Thanks for clearing that up.

With regards to the 2 Many DJ CD's, apart from Volume 2, the rest are unofficial (i.e. bootlegs), and some of them aren't even 2 Many DJ's.

So, if you want to buy the CD, be wary of this fact, and download from a file-sharing application, or buy the unofficial one as cheaply as you can! Even better, if you know someone who already has one, ask them for a copy! :D

With regards to the catalogue number question, Pacific/Cubik/The Only Rhyme That Bytes '98/'99 mixes were released with the 'ZTT nn' prefix and not 'ZANG nn' prefix (including promos), which is what I meant when I said that 'ZANG 98T' doesn't exist.

As far as I know, a Grooverider remix of Cubik also doesn't exist commercially, just Pacific, but as I said, I'm open to be proved wrong! :P

l8rs,

Nick ;)

sister bliss was interviewed recently for play magazine (the official magazine of soundcontrol), when asked who her favourite DJ's were, she replied "2 Many DJ's for the novelty of hearing 808 State next to Dolly Parton."

pointless bit of related trivia there!

Don't think anyone reported on the release of this (22 October 2007) :

Soulwax: Most Of The Remixes... 2 CD featuring:

disc 1: Human Resource vs. 808 State: Dominator (Soulwax Edit) (4:03)
disc 2: Human Resource vs. 808 State Dominator (Soulwax Remix) (2:37)

Disc one is unmixed, Disc two is mixed by 2 Many DJs. Has anyone got this yet, am I guessing correctly that the unmixed version is previously unreleased?

The vinyl only features the 4:03 version.

Yes, got it - not a bad mix - very nice (liking Human Resource's "Dominator" helps)! :)
