Post by PeteB »

Another top night!

myself and john ancodia lapping it up backstage, also meeting the 808 family & friends (check out the images - to come)

note to steve c - the sets were running 45 mins late, therefore 808 came on at 9.50 and finished at 10.30.

set was cut short - Cobra Bora, In Yer Face, Wheatstraw, Pacific, 606, Quincy & Cubik.

myself and john will do the steve c report thing very soon!

I wasn't very surprised that the first person Pete pointed out backstage was Debbie :P

I was kind of hoping Pete could come up with the goods on this one, I spent most of the time taking pictures, and not taking in the details. Mainly because it was a shortened set, loved massey on vocoder though.

In the meantime, to whet your appetite, why not read some of the other reviews from the 808 dungeons.

Also wondered if the set was cut short because of the time delay or was that the set 808 were going to play regardless.

Pete/Ancs, did Graham tell you the set beforehand ?

they knew they only had 40 mins to play, so i guessed what tracks they would cut out!

we heard Doctors & Nurses being cut while they were setting up!
