opening a shop at Afflecks Palace in Manchester 31/01/04 :)

Hi,

Am setting up a shop at the moment at Afflecks Palace. It's called the Silky dancechester shop.

We're going to be selling t-shirts, caps and quaver (sun)hats, selling tickets/providing info on Silky parties (in England and overseas), and providing dance party info for the Greater Manchester region.

Shop officially opens on Saturday, and we're going to make the event into a big Silky weekender!

Also having a shop and web-site launch party on Wednesday 25th February at The Font in Manchester. It's going to be FREE to get in all night, two rooms (dancechester and Silky) and we're giving away FREE mix tapes and mix cd's on the night!

I shall post some more details soon...

Please come along to the shop and party if you are in the area, and if you are putting a party on, please feel free to drop some fliers off at the shop.

Officially opened for business on Monday 02/02/04, after a very large weekender, which included an acid-house all-nighter at Sankeys (with Justin Robertson, Josh Wink, James Zabiela and Crystal Method) on Friday night...

we now have a resident dj in the shop - one of the original Silky dj's, Shaun de Bauch, playing progressive house and breaks all day, soundtracking the huge amounts of nubile, young girls passing by the shop in Afflecks!
