Regulars pages updated

Slightly pointless, but I've finally updated the regulars pages. Note I've removed all e-mail addresses (to avoid spam) and, where known, added a link to this forum instead. Seeing that quite a few of those 30 aren't really 'regulars' anymore, it will be unlikely I'll be doing many more updates to them, except for 808 live dates added and the like. I've updated pictures on the pages of Mark, Pete and John (Ancodia).
