However, Would It Be Possible-Perhaps Sometime In The Near Future-If The List Also Included The Hitsquad Mcr Release? I've Seen That A Few Of You Guys Each Have Got A Copy...

nick-i see on your AGCG site, that one might download an mp3 of WAX ON THE MELT in the 'sounds' section of this 808state site...i can't find it...was it removed?

That's a good point - it did use to be on the site, but may have been removed due to copyright issues? Since the track isn't just 808, but also requires the permission of MC Tunes, Gerald, Shure 4, etc, then that could have been the reason it's no longer available?

Of course, the link may have just disappeared!

Dunno about the MP3, but someone's selling their copy on ebay here, and they state the following:

"THIS RECORD IS ONE OF 2 I HAVE THIS ONE IS MY UNPLAYED COPY 1 OF ONLY 500 EVER PREST CAT no EASTERN 1 AS I WAS ONE OF THE DJs WITH 808 STATE I GOT ALL MY 12s ON PROMO THIS ONE NEVER SAW THE SHOPS ONLY EASTERN BLOC IN MANCHESTER"

Yeah, if anyone's got a spare tenner left over after Christmas (this was already listed once at 15 quid, but didn't sell...), then go for it...

I've already got one, and I also bought an additional one about a year ago for Gerald (he didn't have a copy)...

If it still doesn't have any bids with 30 minutes to go, I might just get a spare copy myself!
