808 on Bernard Sumner

I seem to remember reading, a while ago, on this site, a short passage about 808 State working with Bernard Sumner. It mentioned how they all liked Technique, and how Sumner showed up in his new mercedes, I believe. I'm trying to find this passage for an upcoming radio show I'm doing about New Order and its influences (I'm planning on talking about 808 State before playing "Spanish Heart"). Can anyone help me out here?
